T-Mobile really hit the nail on the head with this new Sidekick addtion. I am able to work from the car, or anywhere for that matter. It allows me more free time.

T Mobile has the WORST Customer Service of any company I have ever dealt with in my life. Their service is questionable at best and if you call or email to complain they tell you, "look at line ___ of your contract". It basically states that T Mobile only guarantees they will bill you monthly and does not GUARANTEE ANY SERVICE!! Run, don't walk away from this company.

I went into a T-mobile store, told the rep I wanted it mainly for internet radio, got the data plan. "total internet" Got a Dash, and 2 techs later told me "The Dash does not support audio streaming.

i aplied for a free t-mobile phone.but my credit card was declined.it was 9.99.so i thought.ok..ill go in to the store. and get a prepaid card. i had a phone. that my son gave me.it was a t-mobile.phone.i walk out.my phone was up an running.i got a letter.from a compony.that is in with t-mobile.saying i need to pay $27.for the contract.i sind up for.but the credit card was declined.how can the do that?
