I buy all my kids shoes from shoes.com. They have free shipping/free returns! Coupon codes...I've got some great deals! I bought a pair of boots that were $125 and I got them for $25...that was just one deal!

sorry to see some poor reviews out here -- been buying from shoes.com for about 3 years -- have bought athletic, casual and dress shoes as well as winter boots and have NEVER had a problem ordering or returning any items -- likely have ordered over 30 items -- website always responsive and emails to customer service answered quickly and completely. we are happy with this online store.

I bought a pair of shoes that haven't shipped yet and I need to upgrade shipping to 2nd day to ensure receipt by a certain date. As I'm typing this I've been on hold for 43 minutes on one phone and 14 on the cell phone. Awful!! I will never purchase from this company again! Update - At 43 minutes and 28 seconds the call went to a busy signal. This is NOT worth the lower price as the cost outweighs the savings.
