Placed order and tried to use a 30% promo discount I received in the mail. Was advised by service rep to use a different code and call back in an hour after order processed to have initial disount applied. I have been unwilling to give me the discount. Won't buy from again!!!!

Bad 2nd Day Experience
After opening up a charge card to get the extra discount, I had to return the next day to find out that they would not honor the same discount on my exchanged merchandise. Told me to go home to get online to print out a coupon. Needless to say, I did not go back, and if I had the remaining items w/ me that I kept, I would have returned them too.

I totally agree
This store and the lack of professionalism have led me to stop shopping there and even return the most recent purchase. I love their clothing and most of my clothes are from this store but the attitude of the staff in the montgomeryville store is appalling. The lines are long, the staff is not checking out but chatting or flitting around instead. You get the evil look when you ask them to tell you prices or ask for assistance. Then you try to call corporate....no such thing as customer service. There is no answer and when you email them via their webpage they just email you to call them which is useless since there is no answer. You just wait on hold for hours!
