Half.com is great when the people that sell cooperate. Its supposed to be a medium between buy backs and sell backs but some people sell them for the same price as university bookstore.

Great Site
I love this site. I have bought the majority of my textbooks from half.com. The only problem I have is the sellers do not always ship out quickly or own time. I have also sold my textbooks on this site. I get more than on ebay, less seller fees, and I get a LOT more than the bookstore would offer me.

i've used half.com for my textbook purchases since sophomore year. GREAT deals! if you know specifically which books you will need ahead of time, i'd watch the prices. i've gotten SO many books for under $2 simply because i've waited until the price went lower. even if that is not an option, you can still find amazing deals! also, i've never had any problems with shipping. only once did i have to wait for a book way past when it said it would be there. good thing it turns out i didn't really even need it, otherwise i would have been a bit more ticked.

I save tons of money here, and rarely have a problem with sellers, as long as I pay attention to their rating and read their feedback, and don't take risks with sellers who have troubling feedback just for that lower price.
