Deluxe Gabardine Slacks
This is the twelfth time Ive bought from Haband. I recently bought their "Deluxe" gabardine slacks at 2 for $29. I just received them (and my free gift). The pants are definitely worth the cost and if you don't mind 2 weeks from purchase to delivery to get your stuff, then the $7 shipping is well worth it.

Haband Jacket Deal
Just received my Cordouroy jacket that I order from haband.com. this si the first time I've ordered from their site but I've bought from their mailers in the past. Nice Jacket for the price ($19.99 discounted from $34.99). It took 2 weeks to get it, but for only $7 shipping I dont mind a short wait like that.

terrible customer serv
placed my very 1st order with Haband on 1/10/09, today is 1/17/09 and can't figure out what is going on with my order, has it shipped? Don't think so. Emailed customer serv twice but no reply. They have not taken $$ out of account yet. I am going to try and cancel order and stop payment. There are a lot of of really good stores on the internet with excellent customer service that seem to appreciate my business. I will not be shopping here again.

terrible customer serv
This is a follow up to my last review. I called customer service directly on the 18th and my order still had not shipped so I cancelled. I felt that length of time was absurd. I ended up going to REI (first time shopping there also) for what I wanted and that went as smooth as silk.

overcharge
Haband advertises flannel shirts for $29.99 for 4. When they appear on your order form, They are $10.50 each, an overcharge of $12.01. I have sent 3 e-mails to customer service. No reply .
