I can't believe that this works, but it does. While I was on another diet, I ate the cookies whenever I was really hungry and the hunger was totally gone. The cookies prevented me from being hungry, so I didn't eat as much and I lost weight. I know most people would never even think about eating cookies to lose weight, but I'm telling you, it works.

Dr. Siegal's Cookie Diet
This is the easiest diet I have ever been on! I eat the cookies during the day and eat an excellent dinner at night. I have a cocktail before dinner and even enjoy a piece of chocolate for dessert! When I'm hungry during the day I don't have to think about what to eat or stand and stare into the frig.....I just eat a cookie! I've been on it now for about 10 weeks and have lost 30 lbs!!!! I couldn't be happier.

easy diet
I found that this is an easy diet to follow. It took me about a week to get used to but after that it was easy. I have lost 25lbs in 3 months. I occassionaly substitute a 300 calorie salad or sandwich at lunch instead of the cookies. I defintely have the cookies for breakfast and the two snacks. I have about 7 more lbs to loose which I hope will be by the end of the year. A few friends of mine went on it and are also having good success.

It really works
I am the kind of person that eats even when not hungry but for the past week I have been on the cookie diet I started at 146 lbs and in four days I weight 140 and of course it takes a lot of will power not to eat when not hungry, but i only eat the cookies during the day,I do cheat a little but limit myself before i could eat 5-6 small trial size chocolates not i might have jsut one and at night I have a good dinner....
