I HATE CWC!
I know that Coldwater Creek is known for exceptional customer service, but I can tell you they don't care as much for their employees. At least they didn't for me! I worked there for a while and it was a horrible experience! The manager was moody and prone to yelling, leaving most of the staff terrified of her. What's worse-she hired her best friends to be her assistants and there was a lot of favoritism. No amount of complaining ever helped. I realize that this was probably just my store, but I have lost respect for the company as a whole.

Excellent customer service...really shows that your business is valued. Clothes are nice and comfortable. Not too may traditional suit options, but still appropriate for most workplaces.

I love love love the clothes, but i also can't afford full price. SO i watch the online sales and outlet and combine the 40-60% off with an offer code of 40-60% off that I found on line. This way the item is a reasonable price ($10-$40). However, they will pull the items from the outlet, even from my shopping bag and renamed the item and "call it" a new item and sell it for $89-$119. for example in the winter a white shirt with a lace color might be item # H45126 and in the spring it will change to G45126, but it's the same item.... Also, they hire the slowest sales associates in all the world. the online sales associates have always been pleasant.

changing prices
Coldwater Creek has very nice clothes, not that I could afford them when they are not on sale. I was thrilled at the 9.99 sale, and found several items. I had them in my bag waiting for checkout. When I came back the next day, The prices had all been raised, to 15.99, 16.99, and up making the order way more than I could afford. I cut it way back and attmepted to use a discount code that was to expire that day, and it wasnt accepted. Another blow. I CANCELLED THE ORDER.

This website is very frustrating. It does not show if an item is out of stock, until you try and put it in your shopping cart.Timewaster!Overall, they need to correct this.The items are gorgeous, IF you can buy them! :)

These folks have beautiful clothes, but you have got to order right when you see them or they sell out by the next day. I buy from the outlet with free shipping when possible or $25.00 off $100.00 order.

When I walk in this store, it's like a visual fantasy dream. I just love it! I recommend it to anyone who needs a "lifting of the spirits". If you are fortunate enough to walk out with a lovely bag from Coldwater Creek in your possession then you are doubly blessed. Then quality if high grade and if you are looking for a real bargain then you definitely need to check out Coldwater Creek's Outlet online. You'll be in for a real treat. Not only will you find clothing there but gifts galore. I guess you could say that I do have "a thing" for Coldwater Creek". Most definitely. Now if they would only lower their regularly priced items, they'd have one estatic customer here, for sure.
