Designer Clothes without the Arrogance
I like designer clothes. Designer clothes are nice, very nice. What I don't like is the arrogant attitude that they often wear. Sure, you can go into a Gucci shop in Beverly Hills or wherever, but dealing with those people is *unbearable*. With bluefly.com, I can get my designer clothes, at great prices, and never have to leave my house. PERFECT.

Designer EVERYTHING
Bluefly has all kinds of great designer clothes- designer shirts, designer dresses, designer pants, designer shoes, designer handbags, designer EVERYTHING! It has the most quality clothes and widest selection of anyplace on the net as far as I'm concerned. Anytime I want to look nice, I go to bluefly.

Sooo expensive
The clothes are nice, but man is it expensive. It seems like every item on there is over $100. I guess that's what designer clothes are about. Yeah, they're nice, but at what price.

check out the sales
bluefly is a great place for designer clothes, which cannot be denied. but the thing that makes them a great store is their sales- they have fantastic sales every month on tons of items. designer clothes can be expensive, but that's why they're designer. if they weren't expensive they wouldn't be designer quality or style. so that is to be expected. but the sales make them affordable, so it's a great place to shop.

Poor Customer Service & Company Policy
BEWARE THAT BLUEFLY.COM WILL NOT CORRECT ANY ERROR(S) WITH AN ORDER ONCE IT BEGINS PROCESSING INCLUDING SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS. Firstly, the order processed without a final review. Once this happened I noticed that the order is to be delivered to an old address where I do not live. I immediately called customer service to correct the problem but was told that the order cannot be changed due to security reasons and because this is their 'corporate' policy. This is not only frustrating but puzzling because this means that it is more secure for a package to be sent to an address that is not the same as the billing address. In the end, they would not and did not help me in any way so now the package will be sent to an address that is half-way across the U.S and I have to get to it somehow or count it as a loss. I cannot believe that an online business such as Bluefly.com with the amount of experience they have has such an inane and non-service minded policy. Suffice to say, I will never shop at Bluefly.com again and I have been a member since 2002.
