wonderful service and quality products
I've ordered from 4inkjets for years and their price, service, and quality can't be beat. We've had a few bad quality toners but they offer free shipping back and a replacement that gets there fast. Their prices are great, too, or else I wouldn't shop there!

Awful
4InkJets is the worst online store I have ever come across. My order never arrived yet tracking shows it was delivered (I never received the product and it's been weeks). After first contacting 4InkJets by email they replied and told me to call customer service. I call customer service and they refuse to refund me or resend my order. The customer service rep yelled at me and put me on hold mid sentence...and assured me that they did not care about their service or returning customers. He told me too bad, to have the post office run an investigation. For an ink cartridge this is just too much hassle, this is a horrible company, never buy from them. They took my money yet I never received the product and was treated badly.

Quality Product
Nice product. Identical to Xerox toner. Looks like it comes from the OEM directly. 1/2 to 1/3 the cost and with the rebates 1/3 to 1/4 the cost to buy new from Xerox. The only points come from not accurately showing inventory backorders/availability when you order. You don't find out until after your order is late.
